Team
Teams represent the third tier in the hierarchy, below Sites, with regard to data in Statwatch. Teams allow data segmentation across various sites within an organization. Each Organization can have multiple Sites, and each Site can include multiple Teams. Teams can help manage personal and workflow along or help with managing different projects or programs.
Teams on laptop
The Team screen displays a list of all Teams within the selected Organization. Use the Search Field to filter and locate specific Teams. The button allows modifications to an existing Team, while the
button permanently removes the Team.
Add a Team
To add a new Team, locate the button and click it. Complete the fields based on the details of the Team that needs to be added. Fields marked with an * are required. After entering the necessary information, click “Save” to save the Team.
Note: Team Names are unique within the Organization. The system will not allow two teams with the same name.
